Sky Everton hits new psf price high of $3,406 psf

Sky Everton hits new psf price high of $3,406 psf. For the sale of a six-bedroom penthouse at Sky Everton, a new psf price was attained. The 2,228 square foot property was sold by developer SL Capital, a joint venture between Sustained Land, Ho Lee Group, Kwong Lee Land, and Penjuru Capital, on July 26 for $7.59 million, or $3,406 per square foot.

The freehold community of Sky Everton is located on Everton Road in District 2. As part of the project, a tower with 36 stories will house 262 residences. The flats range in size from 463 square feet to 1,345 square feet and have one to four bedrooms. Four penthouses total, including two 1,819 square foot condos with five bedrooms and two 2,228 square foot units with six bedrooms.

More than 40% of the available apartments were sold over the development’s debut weekend at an average price of almost $2,500 per square foot, when it first went up for sale in June 2019. The property has experienced somewhat consistent sales, and prices have progressively increased to an average of $2,865 psf in the last 12 months as of August, according to information on EdgeProp Singapore’s research tool.

Three of the four penthouses at Sky Everton, totaling 2,228 square feet, were sold this year. The penthouse there was one of those, and it was sold on July 29. The other 2,228 square foot penthouse, which was Sky Everton’s largest sale to yet, was sold on March 31 for $7,11 million ($3,189 per square foot). However, on January 30 one of the two 1,819 square foot penthouses was sold for $5.69 million ($3,127 per square foot). Sky Everton is close to the upcoming Cantonment MRT Station on the Circle Line, which is scheduled to open in 2023.
